Dr. Felix is not on any insurance panels. Her goal is to provide your family with an evaluation that is comprehensive and appropriate. Decisions about your child’s evaluation should be made by families and their healthcare providers, not by insurance executives. An invoice with all of the necessary information needed can be provided to submit to your insurance provider to discuss your benefits and out-of-network reimbursement processes.  Please note that insurers typically do not cover evaluations for learning disorders/disabilities or academic concerns. Payment is due in full on the day of testing.
